What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a kind of mind training that allows us to live more in the present moment. It enables us to fully experience life as it unfolds, rather than being lost in thinking about the past and the future where we often worry and suffer. When we practice mindfulness we become more aware of our unhelpful habits and thinking patterns which lead to this suffering, and we can then make a choice to step out of our thinking and autopilot and back into our life right now. It's not about fighting with life, but about learning to flow with life from a place of non-judgemental awareness and compassion for being human.

Whether you are new to mindfulness or have had a practice in the past, mindfulness can be for everyone. Contact me to find out how Flow Mindfulness can help you to develop mindfulness and compassion so that you can increase your wellbeing and become more present and content in life.

These includes various meditations and mindful movements.

This concise, accessible course will give you the tools you need to bring mindfulness and compassion into your life in a way that fits around your current life situation.

It consists of three 1-hour sessions taught either online or in-person in Cambridgeshire, England.

Breathworks 8-week Mindfulness Courses

Flow Mindfulness offers two Breathworks 8-week courses: Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness for Health.

Both courses are aimed at individuals who wish to dedicate more time to bringing mindfulness and compassion into their lives.

Each week follows a different theme and participants explore the theory and teachings relevant to stress and pain/difficulty.

Each session lasts between 2-2.5 hours per week for 8 weeks, dependent on whether they are taught online or in-person in Cambridgeshire, England.
