With a variety of courses and sessions to attend both online and in-person, Flow Mindfulness can help you to access mindfulness in a way that works for you.

An introductory course may be all you need to get you going, or it might be that you are eager to learn more about mindfulness and compassion and wish to attend a Breathworks 8-week course.

Or perhaps you are already familiar with mindfulness and wish to continue practising in a supportive, group environment by attending monthly drop-ins.

Drop-in sessions

Attend an hour-long drop-in session where you will be guided through different mindfulness practices in a warm, supportive environment, both online and in-person. These can be attended by those new to mindfulness and for those more experienced. If you are new to Mindfulness, please watch the videos on the booking form before attending for the first time.

A 3-week Introduction to Mindfulness. Learn simple practices and teachings in a supportive environment. Suitable for those brand new to mindfulness and for those who wish to refresh their practice and knowledge of mindfulness. £ 30 online or £40 in-person in Little Paxton, Cambridgeshire, UK.
