With a variety of courses and sessions to attend both online and in-person, Flow Mindfulness can help you to access mindfulness in a way that works for you.

An introductory course may be all you need to get you going, or it might be that you are eager to learn more about mindfulness and compassion and wish to attend a Breathworks 8-week course.

Or perhaps you are already familiar with mindfulness and wish to continue practising in a supportive, group environment by attending monthly drop-ins.

Drop-in / Refresher Sessions

Attend monthly drop-in / refresher sessions to help you to stay motivated with your practice and to practise in a friendly, supportive environment. Suitable for anyone who is already familiar with mindfulness. Online £7; in-person £9 (10% discount for booking both online and in-person sessions in the same month)
